2. Referral fee is based on multiple factors like current deal size and future business potential. Please contact us for more details
3. Revenue for a specific referral is considered as a part of the cumulative billing only after one invoice has been generated and paid for by the client
4. Annual contract size vary from $3000 to $240000
5. Lead fees is calculated on annual contract value for gold and silver partners. For bronze partners the lead fee is calculated on quarterly basis
6. For silver partners recurring referral fee is applicable only for one year, while for gold partners recurring referral fee is applicable till the contract tenure
7. Incremental revenue- revenue arising due to additional billing activities not covered in the master service agreement
