When our company was acquired by a larger company, we were given the task of improving the bottom line without affecting service quality. That is when we decided to try outsourcing. We received RFP’s from 5 companies and from which we selected 2 companies to test. OHI won our testing process hands down. OHI’s team learned our process from scratch and was able to transition all the tasks in just a few months. We are delighted to have chosen OHI and we now have a team of 27 people working on our project from OHI.
